If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received as stated in your invoice or on the booking platform (Airbnb, etc.).

  • Payment must be made through approved payment methods such as Airbnb, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.

  • Guests must provide accurate information when booking, including the correct number of guests.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and booking platform.

  • Please refer to your Airbnb listing or rental agreement for specific details.

  • MVP Realty Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance, safety issues, or property unavailability). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation, if available.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By booking a stay, guests agree to:

  • Follow all House Rules & Regulations provided at booking and posted within the property.

  • Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.

  • Refrain from hosting unauthorized guests, parties, or illegal activities.

  • Report damages, maintenance issues, or lost items immediately.

  • Be financially responsible for any damages, missing items, or extra cleaning required due to misuse.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM or later

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp

  • Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

Guests and visitors may not:

  • Smoke or vape inside the property

  • Tamper with locks, security systems, or thermostats

  • Use the property for commercial purposes without permission

  • Disturb neighbors or violate quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Property Access

MVP Realty Rentals and authorized staff may access the property with reasonable notice for maintenance, repairs, or inspections. In emergencies, access may be granted without prior notice to ensure guest safety or prevent property damage.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • MVP Realty Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, theft, or personal losses that occur during your stay.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

  • We are not responsible for any technical errors, website downtime, or inaccuracies in content.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of MVP Realty Rentals and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website or properties may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Airbnb, PayPal, or Stripe. We are not responsible for the terms, content, or policies of these third-party platforms.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to property, staff, or other guests.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

MVP Realty Rentals may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on our website. Continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
