To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below during your stay.
🔑 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 3:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 10:00 AM sharp
Early check-in/late check-out requests may be accommodated upon approval and availability.
Self check-in: Details will be provided prior to arrival.
👥 Guest Policy
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
No unregistered visitors without prior host approval.
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas.
A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties with prior approval.
Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not cause damage or disturbance.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
🎉 Noise & Conduct
Please respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties, events, or large gatherings without written permission.
Be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines — our rentals are located in family-friendly neighborhoods.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please leave the property tidy upon checkout: wash used dishes, dispose of trash, and place used towels in the bathroom.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Do not move furniture or tamper with appliances, thermostats, or security systems.
🔒 Safety & Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.
For your safety, some properties may have exterior security cameras (never inside).
💳 Damages & Fees
Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or rule violations during their stay.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, smoking, or pet issues.
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $50/hour fee.
♻️ Sustainability
Please help us stay eco-friendly by turning off lights, AC, and electronics when not in use.
Dispose of recyclables and waste responsibly.
